Rooted in Maryland soil. Grown with intention.
Welcome to Old Magnolia Farm
Good things don't happen by accident. They happen because someone cares enough to do it the right way.
Old Magnolia Farm sits on 15 acres in Marriottsville, Maryland — nestled at the crossroads of Baltimore, Howard, and Carroll counties, bordered by Liberty Reservoir and Patapsco State Park. Rolling hills, lush woods, open fields, and soil that has been quietly building its character for generations.
This land has been a small family farm for a long time. We're proud to continue that tradition — and to add a new chapter to it. When you open a bottle of our gummies, know this is where it started.
It Starts With the Soil
Randy Sullivan didn't stumble into farming. He spent years preparing for it — learning sustainable and organic practices from local pioneers, working large gardens, and searching for exactly the right piece of land to put down roots and raise his kids.
He found it here. In 2019, Old Magnolia Farm was born — not as a business plan, but as a way of life.
In 2020, Travis Neville joined the farm, bringing his own deep roots in the land. Travis has supported organic CSA operations across central Maryland, and carries forward a proud tradition from his grandfather, who operated a farm and ranch in Florida. Together, Randy and Travis share the same philosophy: great soil, the right conditions, and a lot of love are all a crop really needs.
How We Farm
No Harmful Chemicals
We don't use synthetic pesticides or herbicides. It's not the way the land works best, and it's not the way we want to work. Our fields are home to a diverse array of wildlife, plants, pollinators, and microorganisms — and we farm around them, not against them.
Pollinator Friendly
Our fields are intentionally surrounded by native wildflowers that attract butterflies, bees, and other pollinators. That biodiversity isn't an accident — it's part of how we keep the ecosystem in balance and our crops healthy without chemical intervention.
Built on Generations
This land was a family farm long before we were here. We take that seriously. The soil we grow in has been tended for decades — layered with nutrients, rich in biodiversity, and full of the kind of character you can't manufacture. We inherited something special, and we farm like it.
"We believe in sustainable and organic farming practices. Great soil, sunshine, and plenty of love. That's it. That's the whole philosophy."
— Randy Sullivan, Old Magnolia Farm
From the Farm to You
Everything you've read about — the soil, the practices, the people — is what makes our full spectrum CBD gummies different. We know where every batch starts. We know how it was grown. And we back it up with third-party lab testing before it ever reaches you.
That's not marketing. That's just how we think it should be done.
